Ian Lewis

Founder

Ian Lewis is a hospitality operator and strategic advisor with a career built inside some of the world’s most respected kitchens, institutions, and hospitality organizations.

Hailing from London, England, Ian began his career working through the culinary ranks in renowned Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels, including The Savoy and The Connaught. He trained under world-class chefs such as Anton Edelmann, Nico Ladenis, Gary Rhodes, and Marco Pierre White, developing a foundation rooted in discipline, craft, and excellence.

After relocating to the United States, Ian held executive leadership roles across luxury hospitality, corporate dining, and institutional food service. His experience includes senior positions with Citibank Executive Services, Goldman Sachs Operations, Union Square Events, and Compass Group, where he worked across multiple sectors including Culinart, Restaurant Associates, FLIK International, and Chartwells Higher Education. Most recently, he served as Corporate Director of Strategic Alliance for New England.

Over the course of his career, Ian has developed a niche expertise in operational transformation, leadership alignment, RFP strategy, and hospitality excellence — helping organizations scale sustainably while preserving brand integrity.
